Shipping policy

All say la V orders are shipped from our headquarters in California. Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.   

Shipping transit times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.  

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days 
• Free Shipping: 7-10 business days  
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days 

Please note: We cannot guarantee a delivery date with expedited shipping but can guarantee it will be faster than standard or free shipping.

We do not accept returns. If your bottle arrives cracked or leaking, please contact us so we can provide additional assistance.
